<p>Attaching the kit to the door is a straight forward process. If done correctly there should be no damage to the door even during the heavy workouts. The exercise frame should be attached to the inside of the door, or depending on the doors design it should be fitted in such a way as if the door is pulled closed when exercising. This is so all the stress is placed on the door and frame leaving the hinges and screws free to perform their designed function.</p>
<p>Included with the kit are an instruction manual and DVD. The manual is a compilation of 200 different exercises that it&#8217;s possible to perform on this machine. The DVD includes quick 11 minute workout sessions targeting important and fat burning muscles for a leaner body. Suitable for workers with little free time for gym travel or preparation.</p>

Exercises can be performed standing, lying or sitting and the handles can be moved to two different locations on the kit depending on what one wants to do.
